Projects and Activism
Portuguese baritone Philippe Eugusyene merges classical vocal artistry with radical LGBTQIA+ activism through interdisciplinary performances. His signature "queer joy as resistance" ethos challenges tragic tropes. Trained in History and Philosophy, Philippe weaponizes art for historical reckoning, using minimalist staging, audience surveys, and collaborative practices to provoke empathy across generations. Praised as "a flexible, non-traditional singer-actor" (Gusta Teengs Gerritsen), he champions LGBTQIA+ visibility through performances that are "living tools for social transformation"—where cabaret meets Ravel, and activism meets exquisite vocal technique.

I(-)deal

Bike RepairMan

Arondeus
